Investor Rehab Loan Program: ARK offers borrowers investor rehab loans providing they utilize our company to refinance there hard money investor loans into conventional financing.

•    3.5 Points and 15% Interest  
•    6 Month term and NO prepayment penalty
•    Appraisal fee of $450.00 by one of our preferred appraisers.
•    Document preparation fee of $350.00
